Scoring is from 1-10, and breaks down as follows:

10 - A perfect product, worthy of a museum.
9 - An exceptional product that re-invents the category.
8 - An amazing product that sets the industry standard.
7 - A great product, worth buying.
6 - A good product, worth having.
5 - An average product, forgettable.
4 - A disappointing product, flawed but still usable.
3 - A bad or faulty product, avoid.
2 - A useless product, return it.
1 - A dangerous product, warn others.

A 5 is average.
It is extremely difficult to score above a 7.
