The infographic below was commissioned by a prominent medical company to help define their new digital design process. Created as part of an internal push to expand their UI/UX capabilities, this chart highlights how the design team would interact with business, marketing, operations, and engineering teams during the production cycle. By helping to educate existing employees and management, the new design team was able to quickly integrate with the existing teams.
